6.1 Publisher's reserved rights

All elements constituting the website https://www.ludoguide.fr and the LudoGuide mobile application — including, without limitation, the "LudoGuide" brand, logo, source code, architecture, graphical interfaces, texts, icons, animations and visual identity — are the exclusive property of Visse Jimmy and are protected by French intellectual property law and applicable international conventions on copyright and trademark law.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation, translation or exploitation, in whole or in part, of these elements by any means, without the Publisher's prior written authorisation, is strictly prohibited and constitutes an infringement punishable under Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

Board game data displayed in the Application (titles, descriptions, statistics, illustrations) is sourced from the BoardGameGeek (BGG) database, used in accordance with agreements concluded with that organisation. This data is the property of their respective authors and of BoardGameGeek. The Publisher expressly acknowledges the intellectual property rights of BGG and its contributors over this content.

The names, brands and logos of third-party services mentioned in the Application or on the website (Google, Apple, RevenueCat, Algolia, Sentry, BoardGameGeek, etc.) are the exclusive property of their respective owners. Their mention in the Application or on the website shall not be interpreted as the granting of any licence or authorisation to use them.
